Note: If you are using Firefox or Safari then the left side menu, when it expands, will be shown under the
above Adobe Acrobat document (an iFrame). There is no fix at this time so you will have go
back to our home page first if you need to select a page that is on the expanding
menu. This is not a problem in Internet Explorer (IE).
