OKLAHOMA CITY – Rep. Justin Humphrey, R-Lane, on Thursday will hold an interim study on felony murder before the House Criminal Justice and Corrections Committee, which he chairs.

Speakers include Donald R. Knight of the Don Knight Law Office; Andrew Miller with the Innocence Project; Maria Kolar, associate professor of law at Oklahoma City University's School of Law; Robert Dunham, director of the Death Penalty Policy Project; Jera Burton, a juror in the Tremane Woods' case; and Emma Rolls, first assistant federal public defender for the Western District of Oklahoma and the chief of the Capital Habeas Unit. 

Time: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
